He YARK-160 it's a oscillating mill/crusher/granulator high performance designed for products with high humidity either heat sensitive. Its oscillation 360º to ≈60 cycles/min generates soft shear, with low friction and minimum thermal rise, which allows crush, deagglomerate and cold granulate without the material melts, clumps or loses properties.
Designed for lines you continue and intensive shifts, offers controlled particle size distribution (according to mesh) to optimize mixing, dosing, extrusion, tabletting and fluency of the final product.

Applications and materials (examples):

• Feeding: chocolate/cocoa (unmelted), concentrated broths/“Avecrem”, wet sugar, wet sea salt, spices with oils, dehydrated fruits with residual moisture, premixes and reworks.

• Pharmaceutical: wet granulation of powders for tablets, re-crushed tablets, deagglomerated prior to mixing/encapsulation.

• Cosmetics: soap bases, waxes, balms and pastes; size control without overheating.
