• Companies that purchase our ARC brand machinesThese companies have direct access to our network of specialized technicians, allowing them to enjoy a complete and personalized service.
• In some cases, we also offer support to companies that hire preventive maintenance of their machines, even if they did not purchase our equipment. However, it is important to note that the service is Mostly reserved for companies that use our ARC machines, which allows us to provide a more detailed and efficient level of care. For other machines, it would be difficult to ensure the same standard of service.

We offer Two types of technical support to adapt to the needs of your company:

• On-site technical support: A specialized ARC technician will travel to your premises to assess and repair the machine on site. This option is ideal for urgent problems that require immediate intervention.
• Support with machine removal: If the repair cannot be carried out on the spot, we will remove the faulty machine. If available, we provide a replacement machine so you can continue operating while we carry out the repair in our workshop.
