Automatic croquette and meatball forming machine
The croquette-making / meatball-making machine offers 5 forming sizes: 18 mm, 20 mm, 22 mm, 26 mm, and 30 mm, plus custom sizes if needed (contact us). This allows for a more professional end product. The croquette / meatball machine is very easy to use: simply add the mixture, whether it is rice dough, minced meat, or cheese-based filling. The croquette / meatball machine is built in 304 stainless steel and uses an auger system that pushes the mixture into a micro chamber where the croquette or meatball is formed and then released so the next piece can be produced.
This industrial croquette / meatball machine is designed for controlled production because its motor delivers the precision and reliability needed for long operating runs, with consistent quality and stronger forming pressure throughout the process.
