General Conditions Applicable

General Coverage

All our warranties cover only manufacturing defects and defective components that prevent the machinery from functioning normally according to its technical specifications. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless expressly agreed in writing.

Specialized Technical Assistance

For major repairs, we coordinate the transfer of the machinery to our designated specialized service center or technical support center. Costs and responsibilities are determined by the type of warranty contracted and the specific nature of the detected fault.

Customer Obligations

Use the machinery according to the manufacturer's instructions, perform recommended preventive maintenance, report any anomalies immediately, allow access to technicians, and do not tamper with the machinery during the warranty period without express authorization.

Limitations of Liability

Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts recognized by our technical service. It does not include compensation for direct or indirect damages, loss of profits, or consequences arising from the failure.

Replacement Materials

Any additional materials or consumables required during warranty interventions (oils, greases, filters not covered) will be supplied and billed separately to the customer, subject to prior notification and acceptance of the quote.

Final Validation

Any part replaced under warranty must be returned for technical verification and validation. Failure to return the defective part may result in the invoice for the new part supplied according to current commercial terms.

The warranty does NOT cover under any circumstances:
