Start-up and filling adjustment
- Mount the brackets and ensure the hose is correctly positioned.
- Place the container under the filling nozzle.
- Turn on the machine.
- Press setting to begin filling.
- When the desired volume is reached, press again setting to save that fill range.
- Next, select the mode manual either car according to the way of working.
In manual mode, the machine fills while the order remains active. In automatic mode, it repeats the memorized cycle at the configured interval.
Basic maintenance
The pump in this type of filler needs periodic maintenance to ensure a stable flow rate and clean operation.
- If the flow rate drops significantly, check cleanliness, hoses, inlet, and type of product used.
- If the loss of flow persists, it may be necessary to replace worn components.
