DARGYF-500B induction sealer for cans with dispenser and non-flat lids
The DARGYF-500B It is designed for a very specific case: small containers with irregular lids, dispensers, nozzles or closures that end in a point, where a conventional flat sealer doesn't work comfortably. It's a manual solution with a separate control unit and sealing head for openings of 10 to 35 mm.
It fits cosmetics, liquids, samples, applicator packaging, fine nozzle bottles, technical products and formats where a leak-proof airtight seal is required even if the outer lid is not flat.
Works with 500W, food 100~240V 50/60Hz, operating frequency of 50 kHz and sealing time of 0 to 3.9 seconds.

For packaging that a flat sealer doesn't handle well

When to check before
If the lid has very tall shapes, the neck is very deep, or the liner does not lie flat over the mouth, it is advisable to validate the application before production.
Leak-proof sealing demonstration
The video shows the process with small bottles: the cap is placed on, the induction head is applied, and when the closure is removed, the foil seal remains over the bottle's opening. The bottle is then inverted to check that the seal is airtight and leak-free.
