What types of technical support does ARC Distribution offer?
We have Two types of technical support to ensure your company has an adequate solution:
- On-site technical support: A specialist technician travels to your premises to physically assess and repair the machine on site. This is ideal for urgent or complex issues that require direct intervention.
- Support with machine collection: If the repair cannot be carried out on site, we collect the defective machine and, if possible, provide a replacement machine so you can continue working while the repair is carried out at our facilities.
How long does technical service take?
- Initial response time: From the moment the incident is processed, the process takes between 2 and 5 hours to assess the problem and organize the intervention.
- Technician arrival time: Normally, a specialized technician will arrive at your facilities within 24 to 48 hours, although it does not usually exceed the 72 hours.
- Machine collection and repair: If the machine needs to be picked up, the pick-up process usually takes up to 72 hours. As for the total repair time, this varies between 7 to 10 days, depending on the complexity of the repair. If possible, a replacement machine so that your company can continue operating without interruptions.
Can I receive a replacement machine while mine is being repaired?
Yes, to the extent possible, ARC Distribution offers the option of receiving a replacement machine while yours is being repaired. This ensures that there are no interruptions to your production or service. We usually collect the damaged machine and deliver a replacement machine simultaneously.
