- Check that the power supply voltage matches the nameplate.

Use and operation
- Place the machine in a stable, grounded location.
- Clean the machine before first use.
- Prepare the meat mixture or pulp before putting it into the machine.
- Adjust the amount of meat to achieve the proper roundness of the meatball or croquette.
- Place a pot of hot water under the outlet to promote the semi-setting or initial hardening of the product when appropriate.
- The machine has six sets of interchangeable large, medium, and small molds.
- When the job is finished, clean the hopper, gears, and plate.
- Check the spring periodically and replace it if the blade stops moving correctly.
Cleaning and maintenance
- Clean the machine before and after each use to maintain food hygiene.
- Apply lubricant to the drive chain every six months.
- Keep the equipment away from flammable liquids, explosive gases, and direct water jets.
- If you replace the power cable, disconnect the power first and use a suitable cable with a minimum nominal cross-section of 1.5 mm².
- Replace the belt promptly if it is damaged.
- Before any maintenance, cut off the power supply and leave the intervention to qualified personnel when necessary.

Parts replacement
Spring replacement
One end of the spring goes to the hook and the other end hangs from the inner hook.
Replacement of copper blades and molds
The copper die fits into the center groove of the gear. Insert the blade into the holder and replace the handle assembly, locking the left and right handles.
Shape adjustment
The adjustment handle is used to correct the shape of the meatballs.
Removal and replacement of the mixer
Lift the retaining sleeve and remove the mixture from the shaft.
